A couple of things worth knowing
Court fees change from time to time — HMCTS revised its fees as recently as July 2026. Rather than quote a figure that might be out of date by the time you read this, we'll always confirm the exact current amount before you pay it. You can also check the latest fees yourself at gov.uk.
Court fees are paid by you, directly to HMCTS — not to us. This keeps things simple and means you always know exactly what the court has received.
